1.2 This policy applies where we are acting as a data controller with respect to the personal data of our website visitors and service users; in other words, where we determine the purposes and means of the processing of that personal data.

2. How we use your personal data
2.1 In this Section 2 we have set out:
(a) the general categories of personal data that we may process;
(b) the purposes for which we may process personal data; and
(c) the legal bases of the processing.
3 Guests can request for cancellation and refunds as per the below terms
3.1 A full refund will be issued for cancellation of bookings before 4 weeks of the start date of the stay.
3.2 For cancellation of bookings under 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks of the start date of the stay, there will be a cancellation and admin fee of 30% of the total booking amount even if only advance amount is paid.
3.3 There is NO cancellation for bookings made 2 weeks before the start date of the stay.
3.4 The same terms will be applicable for change of dates for any reason.
